GO FoRWARD is an NSF-funded program to introduce underrepresented students to the geosciences major, research, and career opportunities.  Dyanna heads the program.  This year graduate students Kayla Kopinski and Eric Schuemann were mentors for the Rocks research group.  Our students Jorge Acosta and Kevin Sanchez along with undergraduate student mentor (and former GO FoRWARD participant!) Stephanie Fones, did an awesome job measuring fractures in carbonate bedrock throughout sites in southeast Wisconsin.
