In January, Nancy and Dyanna went to Spain to collect samples from the Southern Iberian Shear Zone.  Nancy is going to study microstructures related to fluid infiltration during deformation for her MS project.  Here’s a picture of Nancy (center) with our colleagues Carlos Fernández (left) and Manuel Díaz-Azpiroz (right) by a great outcrop near Almonaster la Real.
