On Friday May 10, 2019, Nancy Duque presented her work at the annual UWM Senior Excellence in Research Awards (SERA) research seminar. Her presentation “Major element geochemistry of the Pulo do Lobo metasedimentary rocks affected by the Southern Iberian Shear Zone, Andalucia, Spain” kicked off the series of talks by a group of premier undergraduate researchers on campus. This talk is the culmination of several years of research that Nancy did as an undergraduate. Now- she’s carrying forward the work as she starts her MS research. Hooray, Nancy!
