Southern Iberian Shear Zone Field Team 2024

I had a great time back in the field in Almonaster la Real, Spain with students and my colleague Dr. Manuel Díaz-Azpiroz. We are back to study deformation and fluid interaction in the Pulo do Lobo formation caused by the Southern Iberian Shear Zone.  The students who joined the field team this summer were Drew Truitt, Camille King, J Schneider, Olliver Plank, and Alexander Mbise.  J will start their MS project this fall using the samples we collected and the rest of the students will be working on undergraduate research projects.
