Motivation:

• Flow metering is a critical aspect of water management from industrial to consumer level applications.  Increased fidelity in system monitoring requires increased numbers of sensors making cost a critical consideration.

Goal:

• This project seeks to create a robust  and scaleable design for flow sensors with minimal per unit by eliminating moving parts and pursuing simple sensing mechanisms.
