Naira Campbell-Kyureghyan is the creator and director of CARGI, with a goal of improving safety throughout industries. She applies her expertise in biomechanics of the spine and hand to developing ergonomic tools that can reduce job-related injuries. Snap-on Incorporated has licensed a wrench designed by her lab members.

In addition to teaching and research in spine and hand biomechanics, workplace injury prevention, industrial ergonomics and computational modeling, Dr. Campbell-Kyureghyan has led multiple industrial service and research programs over the last five years.
