My role in this research project has been to find data that worked in my research mentor’s program, this involved working with data that I found last year and then adding demographic data that matched up with the historical voting data that I had to find on the internet. In doing this I worked with multiple excel documents that had tens of thousands of rows and hundreds of columns that were multiple Gigabytes in size.
