University of Wisconsin Nuclear Magnetic Resonane Facility
The UWM Chemistry NMR laboratory is located in the basement of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and consists currently of a Bruker DPX- 300 MHz , a Bruker Avance III 500 MHz spectrometer, and an Oxford Pulsar 60 MHz spectrometer for the teaching lab. Also several workstations are available for data processing.
The facility serves about 50 graduate and undergraduate students from the departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Biological Sciences and Mechanical Engineering. It is headed by a full time staff member. To obtain access to the facility, contact Holger Foersterling at holger@uwm.edu.
Access and service for non departmental outside users are be made available depending on availability. Commercial users contact the Facility manager for fees and procedures.
