Hello! My name is Akshara Mahesh, and I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. I have been working on this data since January of 2021, and am still in the process of working toward the result! If you have any questions/comments, please feel free to comment below. Thank you for watching my presentation!
Hi Akshara! Interesting presentation! Why do you think that there is an increase in venture capitalists in the MedTech field over other fields of industry? Further, why do you think there is such a broad range of positions represented with venture capitalists in the MedTech industry?
Nice work with your presentation.
Hi, Akshara;
It looks like interesting research! I’d be interested in seeing the outcomes.
As you note, the Med-Tech industry appears to be attracting a lot of venture capitalism. Is that a global trend or something more localized to the United States or some specific region? I ask because, if it is somewhat centered on the United States, do you think that there would be a significant change in the interest of venture capitalists in Med-Tech areas if the UW were to begin the process of switching to a single-payor/state-payor medical system?
