Stigma surrounds those who suffer from mental illness and mental disorders. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has been known to be a mental disorder that is associated with negative stigma that influences impression formation. The current research explores how the presence of ADHD medication and diagnosis influences the perceived successfulness of an individual.
