Josie Corby is a biochemistry student in Dr. David Frick’s lab at UWM. She began closely collaborating with the Raicu group in 2015 and has since applied the Raicu lab two-photon spectral resolution technology to look at biochemical interactions of Hepatitis C virus NS3 helicase and RIG-I like receptors. In addition to her research, she has a passion for science communication and has been a volunteer mentor to local high-school and college students interested in the sciences.
