We are a theory/data-science group. Notwithstanding, we are focused on algorithms, which work with real data.

Current projects include:

• Biostructure, dynamics, and function (XFEL and cryo-EM data);
• Accurate dynamics despite overwhelming noise and timing uncertainty (mainly XFEL data);
• Single-photon spectroscopy (spectroscopic data, esp. XFEL);
• Fetal health (unborn baby data); and
• Dark energy (from outside the group).
