Dr. Arvinen-Barrow, Associate Professor in the Integrative Health Care & Performance Unit in the Department of Kinesiology, was recently appointed editor of a student-focused peer-reviewed journal for the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

As noted by the AASP Student Representatives:

“Dr. Arvinen-Barrow impressed the search committee with the quality and breadth of her scholarship and her extensive experience in reviewing scholarship. Furthermore, her passion for student development and commitment to high quality output alongside a developmental process are consistent with the articulated goals of the new, student-focused, peer-reviewed journal.”
