Welcome to the 2022 UW-Milwaukee Health Research Symposium

The UWM Health Research Symposium showcases graduate and undergraduate student work representing a range of programs across our health-related schools and colleges. The Symposium is a great opportunity for students to disseminate their health-related work to peers, professors, and the wider Milwaukee community, often for the first time.

Presentations based on a wide range of research are welcome, including completed primary research projects, projects in progress, or research proposals, literature reviews, and projects based on community partnership efforts.

This year, the UWM Health Research Symposium will be conducted virtually. Participating students will submit an abstract and present their work in a video format.

Student submissions will be available for public viewing and commenting on May 16, 2022. A panel of UWM faculty & staff will evaluate the submissions and awards will be presented in a live virtual award ceremony on May 20, 2022 at 8:30 am CST via Zoom.
