Hotaka Maeda (first author) and I recently published a paper on test security. We proposed a new algorithm to identify and delete the suspected copied responses through probability sampling and bootstrapping. The modified omega (ω^m) shows the same or better controlled Type I error but higher power than ω. The paper can be acess here:
