Saba is a dedicated scholar who holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering specializing in water and hydraulic structures. Her previous research was modeling alluvial channels in their equilibrium state using numerical methods. She contributed to several high-impact journal papers.
Currently, she is a Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her research is mainly focused on flood inundation mapping and flood impact assessment using novel remote sensing techniques and hydrological models.
