AMTE’s Standards for Preparing Teachers of Mathematics

 

I am currently leading the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators’ task force for the dissemination of the Standards for Preparing Teachers of Mathematics. The Standards have messages for mathematicians, mathematics educators, mentor teachers, and districts who have stakes in the work of preparing future teachers of mathematics P-12.
