PhD Health Sciences student and Mobility Laboratory student researcher, Omid Jahanian, graduated last month. His dissertation was titled “Quantitative Evaluation of Geared Manual Wheelchair Mobility in Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury: An Integrative Approach.” Omid received his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University of Mashhad in Mashhad, Iran. His faculty advisor was Brooke Slavens, PhD, Director of the Mobility Laboratory and Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Science & Technology.
