Anahita QashqaiThe Milwaukee chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) held its 2019 Larry Hause Poster Competition in April, and a PhD candidate from the college, Anahita Qashqai, received a first place at the graduate level. Her poster titled, “Methods for Quantifying Gait Dynamics in Children with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome,” won out over other submissions from presenters from UWM, MSOE and Marquette. Her advisor is Associate Professor Brooke Slavens, PhD, Department of Occupational Science and Technology and Biomedical Engineering.
