The Annual Multicultural Fall Welcome has been a highly successful event that seeks to welcome multicultural students to UWM. During this annual event, students learn more about support services offered by the Black Student Cultural Center, Roberto Hernandez Center, Southeast Asian Student Center, and the American Indian Student Services offices to help them succeed in school.
To host this event, MCN also partners with key organizations across campus that support diverse scholars, such as the Career Planning and Resource Center, UWM Athletics, Student Success Center, Office of Undergraduate Research, and the Women’s Resource Center, among many others. During the Multicultural Fall Welcome, students fellowship with faculty and staff in the Bolton Hall breezeway while enjoying some refreshments celebrating UWM’s rich cultural climate.
