Research interests:

Flow and Transport in Porous Media (Modeling liquid motion through fiber bed during processing of polymer composites, Wicking of liquids in rigid as well as swelling porous substrates, Evaporation of Multicomponent Liquids); Computational fluid mechanics and heat transfer; Rheology of polymers.

Special Research Achievement:

• Awarded the prestigious CAREER grant by the National Science Foundation of USA to conduct research into the unsaturated flow observed during the manufacture of  polymer composites. (Click here for details.)
