ART 271 Introduction to Jewelry and Metalsmithing

3 cr. Undergraduate.

Introduction to major aspects of metalworking and jewelry. Develop design skills and technical competency and explore metalsmithing as an art form. Outside class work required.

Prerequisites: ART 101, ART 106, and ART 109; and satisfaction of or concurrent enrollment in Math Part A (QL-A) and English Part A (OWC-A); or consent of instructor.
