Ignite Leadership Institute (ILI) is a six-week leadership experience. You are exploring who you are as a leader through hands-on activities and personal reflection in a small-group setting. No prior leadership experience is needed, just an interest in growing as a leader! Participation is free for students.

I serve as an Ignite Coach, beginning with the inception Spring 2017 ILI session. In this role, I guide a group of 8-10 undergraduate students through the ILI experience as part of a small cluster. This opportunity allows for me to serve a role model and mentor for cluster members, even after they have completed the program!

Fall 2017 Ignite Leadership Institute

NEW: Partnering with an Ignite Peer Coach (IPC). IPCs are students who have completed the Ignite program, now serving as a peer guide through the experience. This fall, I will be working with an IPC who completed the Spring 2017 ILI Session.
