Dyanna has been a structural geology professor at UWM since 2003.
She teaches:Introduction to the Earth (Geosci 100), Structural Geology (Geosci 414), Advanced Structural Geology (Geosci 614), Wisconsin Tectonics (Geosci 655), and various Conducted fieldtrips (Geosci 558).

Our structural geology group at UWM is part of the informal Hard Rock group at UWM that includes Julie Bowles (earth magnetism and geophysics), Barry Cameron (igneous petrology and terroir) and Lindsay McHenry (mineralogy and planetary geology).

We work with colleagues from around the world and focus on understanding natural rock deformation processes, particularly shear zones and brittle/ductile faults.
