Omar Habash

Omar Habash is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Omar is a Research Assistant in the Industrial Assessment Center of UWM (WM-IAC) for energy auditing, productivity, and waste assessments. In addition, Omar is a Research Assistant at the Wind Tunnel Laboratory at the University Services and Research at UWM (USR). Also, he is a Teaching Assistant at UWM. Omar obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Construction Engineering in 2017 from University of Sciences and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB), and his Masters degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Technologies in 2019 from USTHB. 

His current research interests are:  1) Energy Auditing, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability 2)Renewable Energy and 3) Wind Turbines.
