Mohamed I Youssef (MSc, PMP, CEM, C-KPI)
A Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering, researches helical vertical wind turbine efficiency, incorporating computational fluid dynamics software like STAR CCM. His 12 years of diverse industry experience complement his academic pursuits. Youssef participated in 15 energy audits for small and medium-sized businesses with the DOE and UWM’s ITAC. He has published research in multiple journals and contributed in securing a $5.7 million DOE grant for workforce training. Holding PMP, RMP, CKPI-P, and CEM certifications, he also contributed to UWM’s energy lab and conducted impactful wind turbine wake studies. Youssef received the MEGSRA Award for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025).
