Middle Sechín Archaeological Project

The Middle Sechín Archaeological project explores the long-term development and impact of complex settlements in the Casma Valley on the North Coast of Peru. It is a hybrid archaeological project that combines remote sensing, distanced collaboration, and on-the-ground field work to allow American and Peruvian archaeologists and students to work together in collecting, analyzing, and presenting insights on the Casma Polity (ca. AD 700-1400) and their predecessors.
