The exterior cladding of the 154 foot tall Bradley Center is variegated thermal-finished brownish-red Carnelian Granite, quarried in Milbank, South Dakota by the Cold Spring Granite Company. Milbank is located in the extreme northeast corner of South Dakota along the flowage of the Minnesota River. There are numerous quarries in this area that produce reddish brown and black granites for Cold Spring Granite Company, Dakota Granite Company, and New England Stone Industries, Inc.
